Summer Camp | Week 8: Art Through The Ages

Travel through time in this inspiring, hands-on week of creativity! Campers will explore a variety of art movements. Discovering how artists once painted, sculpted, printed, and expressed the world around them. We will explore how we can still use ancient techniques in modern society. Each day offers a new era to uncover and a fresh project to create. Using mediums such as clay, painting, weaving, mixed media, and printmaking, young artists will bring history to life through their own imaginative work. With plenty of outdoor exploration and time spent in nature, this camp blends art, history, and the beauty of the Leighton Art Centre landscape into one unforgettable adventure.
